Omoshiroi KANJI 1 : 愛

Konnichi wa mina san , ogenki desu ka ? ^^
I'll talk from time to time about a KANJI letter I like ..
I'll start with my favorite Kanji .. this Kanji means ( love ) .. and its reading is ( ai ) .. very easy ne! ^_^

I like the shape of this kanji .. very interesting .. specially the part in the middle ( = kokoro = heart ) 、we can find this part in most of (kanji)s which have the meanings of emotions & feelings .

Minna .. what's your favorite Kanji ?
I bet that the favorite kanji for my students is ( 気 = denki = electricity ) .. because most of them are studing electric engineering (^_')

ビラール先生、皆は漢字が好きでしょう。
私にとって、”expressive”漢字が好きです。
覚えやすいですから^^
一番好きな漢字は、、、、そうですね。なんでしょう?
たしか、「絵」だ!(of course, besides all the kanjis that related to autumn and leaves).
〔絵」はとても面白い漢字ですね。〔糸〕が「会う」ところですから^^
忙しいの「忙」も expressive でしょう。
(Actually because it describe my status now), 「心」は「亡くなる」ほどです:(

Bilal-san,
I become fond of kanjis for two reasons: one, if they are fun to write and two, if I find a connection to them from our culture.

Kanjis I enjoy writing: 海、地、心、学

In general anything that has lots of curves and edges, not straight lines like.

Examples of kanjis with connection to our culture:

(الم نجعل الارض مهادا.والجبال اوتادا) النبأ --> 山
Japanese translation: われは大地を,広々としなかったか。また山々を,杭としたてはないか。ーアンナバッ

患 --> the upper part looks like the shawerma skewer. We all know about the sickness incidents from shawerma last year and this kanji means 'suffer illness' or 'become sick', and it's onyomi is 'kan' used in kanja (patient).

Nice, no? :)

Saemon san ^^

It's really interesting .. is there a lot of KANJIs that have connection to our culture like this ?

lol .. shawerma no kanji :p
we can add : the lower part is 心 , because shawerma will make "jal6ah 8albeyyeh" :p

Bilal-san,
It really depends on your imagination and how much fun you are having studying kanjis.

If I didn't enjoy it, I wouldn't notice 山 and 患 at all.

Can you find make a connection with other kanjis?

mmm .. what about this : 電

it's rain (雨) falls on a rice field (田) so we have a thunder(雷) , by adding the "wire" we will get the electricity (電) :p

By the way .. I ate (患) today :p
